We hebben een uur moeten wachten op ons eten....

We hebben een uur moeten wachten op ons eten. Personeel was zeer zenuwachtig en vaak kwaad op elkaar. En dat zou je als klant niet mogen voelen. Uiteindelijk zijn we wel vertrokken en hebben we het eten (dat we niet hebben gegeten) niet moeten betalen. Ondanks dit alles blijft Het Zwarte Huis een gezellige plaats, maar is het niet meer zoals het vroeger was.

After about 10 minutes we were approached as...

After about 10 minutes we were approached as to whether we were ready to order, in a slightly brusque fashion (by the bearded manager, I think) and we explained that we hadn't yet been asked for our drinks order. We enjoyed the meal but it was not what I ordered. No accommodation was made for this when we paid the bill.
