Le jeune serveur (avec lunettes) était agréable et de très bon conseil. Les vins et les ingrédients étaient très bons. Il manquait juste de légumes.
Great restaurant! There were 4 of us and each of the item we ordered were very good! Desserts were good as well. But the waiter, Elliot, was sooooo friendly and cheerful, and made our evening just much more fun. Props to Elliot for being such a cool and entertaining waiter!

SERVICE We had to wait 10 minutes at the entrance before somebody took care of us to show us ou place. We saw the main cook being aware of us staring around, seeing that the responsible waiter had forgotten about us, and then asking a waitress to take care of us to bring us to our table. Then it took a lot of time before a waiter came to us to take the order. We ordered the food, with non alcoholoic cocktails, a starter, the top main dish (black angus boneless short ribs), and we asked for non alcoholic beers with those ribs. They said they could get Leffe 0% alcohol from the hotel bar, so that was good news. It took ages for the starters to be served (although the restaurant was not ful); the dim sum with porck belly was dry and not very well seasoned. Then it took again ages before the main dish was served. The portion was very smal, and was missing some seasoning. We asked to be given some pepper and salt, but they never brought it. They also forgot to bring the beers. When, slightly angry we had asked for the bill, they brought only one beer. We said we didn't want to second beer anymore. But by the time we were paying by credit card somebody else came to bring the second beer, that we refused (so apparently the serving people don't speek to each other).
The food and drink was very good! However, the server asked for the tips in CASH when we checked out, we offered him to add the tips into our bill, so that we can pay by card, since no one had cash. He refused and insisted to ask for CASH as he didn't want to share the tips with others if we put the tips into our bill. That's very rude to a customer. Besides, we don't feel much service, as we have to shake our hands like an idiot before any server come to us.
