We were satisfied with the experience because it was good, but we were not very satisfied because it was not excellent. What is served is more of a lunch, not a brunch. There were a variety of dishes like pasta, fish brochettes and even Carbonnades flamandes with chips, but not omelettes, eggs benedict or simple fried eggs. Emphasis is laid on alcohol (champagne, wines, long-drinks), but the guests must fetch coffee from machines themselves. Most of the staff was clearly not well trained and therefore somewhat clumsy. So: good yes, but not excellent. At close to 90€ per person we had expected a tad more.
Hadden gereserveerd voor de paasbrunch maar geen paas sfeer. Vriendelijk onthaald in een mooi kader. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel heeft zich over heel de namiddag verspreid. Het eten zelf was verzorgd. Echter buffet was basic en vooral de hoofdgerechten.
We enjoyed the nice food and wine and we were happily surprised by the perfect welcoming service by the staff.

Le brunch étaient royal. Du champagne, des huîtres un buffet salé, un buffet sucré, un musicien, le cadre du restaurant était magnifique. Le service impeccable. Je vous recommande ce brunch pour un moment très agréable.
I am not satisfied. I came with my wife and one of our daughters. The tapas and the starters were good. But the main courses were not : 1. The contre-filet was asked rare but was not. That's because the meat was hardly 1 cm thick. Any real meat lover will tell you that a contre-filet has to be at least 2 cm thick. So very disappointed. 2. Cabillaud Fish & Chips : 4 small fish pieces without any taste. No comment. Again very disappointed. 3. The magret de canard was too rare. This is not acceptable for what I remembered from your restaurant a few years ago. Paying a lot of money for a disappointing dinner.
