Very poor service. - When we arrived (reserved for 20:45 on last day of the Easter weekend) - the man who turned out to be our waiter didn't greet or even acknowledge us. Another (young) staff member however quickly showed up - cleared a table and led us to it. So far so good. - We ordered ... the food took 35 minutes to arrive ..; whereas we must have been the only order (for 2 pp) in the kitchen queue. - We got a basket of bread - when we took our bread, we noticed two large pills at the bottom of our basket. Our waiter didn't apologize, he just brought a new basket ... - We ordered a small pitcher (1/4) of wine. When our waiter (Geert) brought a glass of wine, we told him ..; he said he would correct it later. When the glass (otherwise good quality sauvignon) was empty, we signaled it, got a second glass ... When the bill showed up, it was for 2 glasses ... (cost slightly higher). As a matter of principle, we told the waiter - who said "I know you ordered a pitcher, but you ended up with two glasses, that's more than a pitcher, so you have to pay for 2 glasses !". Horrendous client orientation ... making the client pay for YOUR mistake. We decided not to argue, he was clearly the grumpy type. And we wanted to get out. - The "tomate crevettes" I always knew is tomatoes emptied of most meat, with shrimp inside. Here we got a heap of shrimp (not freshly pealed ...) and 4 quarters of a small tomato cut up in that heap ... - When we paid the bill, we asked for the receipt. The waiter said he couldn't find it ... we insisted ..; after ( minutes of running around and bothering other waiters preparing tables for the next day, he found our bill on another table - and simply dropped it off on our table on his way to the kitchen ... no apologies, no eye contact whatsoever ..; Our waiter could have been tired, but even then, the whole attitude was wrong, spoiled the evening. Heel goed onthaal, kwaliteit van het eten, heel mooie ruimte
Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt met bongo bon.
zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, lekkere solletjes gegeten.
Super lekker ontbijt, vriendelijke bediening en mooi uitzicht op de zee en het strand! Wij komen nog terug!
