Well, once we arrived our reservation table was not yet ready. We could easily see stuff is confused there. We didn't have to wait for the table that much, however we could have received something for apologies - that's my view of taking care of your guests if you screwed up. Besides that music was totally not matching the vibe of the restaurant most of the time. Unfortunately I don't see myself like coming back there.
