Overall, the food was excellent, especially the 7 starters and the dessert. One minus point, however: we had indicated that one of us wanted to have the vegetarian option. The only change to the normal menu was tthat the meat was replaced by a piece of skrei and a different sauce. Even though we had said that fish would be ok, to call this a vegetarian option was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, staff was very nice and the sake and wine pairing was excellent
