Booking online, I arrive and the restaurant manager could not find a table for me. Forgotten in the planning. It took 10 minutes waiting for her and her colleague to find a "reserve table "in the middle of the restaurant. I have asked by the online booking "a quiet table for a business discussion". I ended up in the more busiest spot of the restaurant. My guest upon arrival, clearing indicating that the reservation was made under my name, was put on another table at the other side of the restaurant. We have been "waiting" on each other for more than 30 minutes in the restaurant. Restaurant manager is clearly not capable of managing all bookings or receiving guests, whether they made online or by phone. A very bad restaurant experience.

Booking online, I arrive and the restaurant manager could not find a table for me. Forgotten in the planning.
