About this restaurant
Founded in 1987, Restobières specializes in typical beer cooking. Concerned about the quality of
his products, Alain Fayt creates exclusively Belgium home cooking : bloempanch (brussels black
pudding), bread with beer, Beef stew with Rodenbach, Rabbit with Prunes and Geuze Girardin,
Kip-kap, pâté with Rochefort, speculoos ice cream, chocolate mousse with Hercules Stout,...
Located in the heart of the Marolles, Restobières is the ideal stop to discover the brussels culinary
heritage. Discover the pleasure of tasting regional cooking while enjoying a Belgian craft beer in a
place full of nostalgia.
The atmosphere of a century and the love of beer have created this original place.
The gathering of crystal trays, boxes bearing the effigy of the royal family, coffee mills of our
grandmothers, and enamel plates creates the decor of the restaurant.
