About this restaurant
It all started with a farm. A farm that over the years had different owners, but since the beginning of a nice atmosphere. Since 1971 the Kiekenhoeve has been a catering establishment, it evolved from a popular café gradually to the brasserie-restaurant of today. Now it is up to us, Jim and Jill, to continue the Kiekenhoeve. Very proudly we are ready to receive you for a pleasant afternoon or evening. The Kiekenhoeve, that's year-round pure enjoyment. Come in the winter warm up next to our fireplace, with or without a delicious wine or one of our top dishes. Outing in the summer? Enjoy the sun on our terrace in the green. Make your trip complete with a visit to the Karrenmuseum of Domein Hemelrijk or relax with a regional beer after a walk in the Border Park of the Kalmthoutse Heide. Jim and Jill go one hundred percent for good food, clean prices and, above all, rock solid customers. Feel free to try them out! A visit to the Kiekenhoeve, you enjoy.
