In 2005, the owner and creator of Villa Medici, Domenico d'Addazio, embarked on a new adventure: the opening of the restaurant "Le Gavius". A fine Italian cuisine restaurant with a décor straight out of a 1960s soap opera, Le Gavius is a real winner. by the freshness and creativity of its dishes paying homage to Italy.

Nous sommes toujours ravies, un service impeccable ni trop ,ni trop peu, le patron est toujours présent il a l’œil pointilleux ce qui en fait un super service… la nourriture est excellente ont sent que ce sont des produits frais et de qualité avec toujours une petite touche d’originalité qui fait toute la différence, c’est raffiné, et voilà on adore y aller pour tout sa !
