Wir hatten sehr das Gefühl einer Massenabfertigung. Der Tisch war so klein, dass kaum unsere 4 Teller darauf Platz hatten. Zum Sitzen war es schrecklich eng. Es gibt keine "Papier-Speisekarten". Diese sollten zumindest auf Wunsch zur Verfügung stehen. Nur per Mobiltelefon die Speisekarte lesen zu können ist kein Service. Wir waren 4 Personen und 1 Handy! Das Personal war zwar sehr nett, aber miteinander nicht vernetzt. Wir wurden 2x nach unseren Wünschen gefragt, obwohl wir diese schon geäußert hatten und haben trotzdem das falsche Bier bekommen. Im Herren WC funktionierte das Handwaschbecken nicht, was zur Folge hatte, dass auch alle Herren an der Damentoilette anstanden. Auch, 18.00 Uhr eine Tisch reservieren und direkt am Eingang / an der Tür darauf hingewiesen zu werden, dass man 20.00 Uhr wieder weg sein muss ist alles andere als nett. Da vergeht einem der Appetit auf einen Nachtisch!

We komen al jaren bij het Elfde Gebod, alleen...

We komen al jaren bij het Elfde Gebod, alleen niet heel vaak. Dat de prijzen steeds hoger worden is in de hele horeca helaas het geval. Dat er bij aankomst om 18.10u (reservering was 18.00u, dus iets te laat) er meteen wordt gezegd dat je om 20.00u weer weg moet zijn en dat er op dat tijdstip ook daadwerkelijk iemand je weg komt jagen vind ik heel ongastvrij. Vooral ook omdat het bij de reservering niet vermeld wordt. Hadden we dit geweten dan waren we niet gekomen. Erg jammer, wordt zo een een beetje een tourist trap.
