KO'UZI is known for its creative sushi, a mix of European flavor with Japanese sushi ingredients : tartare of tuna with basil and crispy quinoa, couscous sushi with grilled scallop, small shrimps with mayonaise and tomato... Those sushi are unique in the world, they even dont exist in Japan!!
Of course KO'UZI also takes care of traditional recipes: the Japanese lady chef Junko Kawada chooses severely everyday the ingredients, to provide authentic and top quality sashimi and sushi. Assortment of sashimi is recommended for people who appreciate the real freshness of fish. Tataki van tonjin (korte gegrilde tonijn) is also a must!!
As KO'UZI is rather a take-out shop (sushi are beautifully presented in transparent boxes, just like chocolates), the shop has only 6 places at the counter to eat. It is then recommended to reserve, especially in the weekend! If you have opportunity to have a place there, enjoy the cosy atmosphere sitting next to your partner!
