The Brasserie des Saveurs is the former Brasserie du Château which was taken over in April 2022 by a new owner who carried out a major renovation, both in the rooms and on the plates. The brasserie spirit is still omnipresent but the management attaches importance to the refinement of the dishes. In summer they welcome you to their spacious terrace. Each month the chef offers new suggestions. The restaurant is renowned for its grilled meats and typical Brasserie dishes. Encore une fois, nous n'avons pas été déçu...

Encore une fois, nous n'avons pas été déçu de notre visite dans ce restaurant. Nous avons pris des huitres et des scampis sauce estragon tomatée en entrées et en plat, trio de Solettes Meunières et linguine alle vongole, carpaccio d'ananas et café gourmant pour le dessert. Tout était très bon et frais. Un délice !
