About this restaurant
Once an inn for weary travelers, this establishment has regained its glory as an authentic "estaminet" for all those who wish to quench their thirst or hunger, while enjoying a piece of history far older than Belgium. Under the cornice, between two windows, Mother Spider has been watching over us since 1762, bringing us good luck. And if you lend an ear, you might hear the gentle rustle of the little arm of the Senne that flowed here until the 19th century. Or perhaps it's the last sighs coming from the 16th-century Chartreuse, once located just across the street?

C’était succulent ! Avec beaucoup de choix veggies, ce qui n’est pas commun dans un restaurant traditionnel ! Et le personnel était très agréable (et très sympathique avec les enfants ☺️).
