Despoten a confirmed table reservation at 1800...

Despoten a confirmed table reservation at 1800 hours, the restaurant claimed that bookings had to be made the day before and we got reject a table. Clearly they do not use the digital reservation system as they should as everything got converted to a handwritten system that is prone to mistakes. Therefore, I would like to raise an official complaint with the restaurant and the fact that Tablebooker does not seem to check whether confirmed reservations are being honoured.

Bonne qualité de nourriture. Option buffet à volonté qui a rencontré nos attentes en termes de quantité, diversité et quantité. Option teppanyaki disponible. Excellent restaurant, belle atmosphère et excellente location près de la Grand Place de Bruxelles.
