The chef, Denis Roberti, has 35 years of experience in the business. He selects with the greatest care all the ingredients that go into the preparation of his dishes and makes them from A to Z. He offers you a local cuisine made only with fresh and seasonal products that guarantee authentic and refined flavors. Ambassador for the Walloon Brabant of the Electrolux AEG cooking club, he regularly works with starred chefs. Since 2012, the experience streetcar in Brussels trusts him to make the recipes of starred chefs. He has collaborated with more than 40 starred chefs in the world. Today, he offers you a culinary experience, a creative and friendly cuisine in an intimate and warm setting in the heart of Brabant-Wallon. Every month, he will propose a new menu that will awaken your taste buds.

Nous avons déjeuné hier en famille à La Table Roberti, à Chaumont-Gistoux, et ce fut une très belle expérience ( 5e visites) . Le cadre est superbe : une charmante maison avec un grand jardin et une piscine, parfait pour un moment convivial et familial. L’accueil est chaleureux, la maîtresse de maison est aux petits soins, et son époux le chef Denis Roberti, passionné et talentueux, nous a régalés d’une cuisine savoureuse, raffinée. Une belle adresse où tout respire la générosité et la qualité, avec une équipe formidable.

Nous avons été très bien acceuillis. Les lieux sont chaleureux et on s'y sent directement bien. Les mets servis étaient délicieux. Le vin qui accompagnaient les plats étaient judicieusement choisis. Nous y avons passé une très agréable soirée. Une très belle découverte, et nous y retournerons certainement.

Cadre cosy et ambiance sereine. Le chef et sa famille font tout pour vous sentir chez vous avec une cuisine inventive faite avec des produits de qualité et surtout locaux. J'y retournerais surement.
