Rustige setting, prettige tafel achterin. Bediening professioneel, weinig persoonlijk en lijkt vaste formules te volgen. Kwaliteit van het eten matig, zeker verse ingrediënten , echter brereiding en smaakcombinaties niet verrassend en gezien de forse prijs teleurstellend . Ook jammer dat je sowieso vast zit aan 5 gangen menu en wijnen matig tot redelijk.

We hebben een combinatie van dagelijkse groenten geproefd op een manier waarop je dezelfde groenten thuis nooit zou klaarmaken. Heel creatief en verassende groenten . De schuimwijn die we erbij gedronken hebben was van uitmuntende kwaliteit.

Zeer beleefde, doch zeer efficiënte, verwelkoming en bediening. Het menu was een verrassing en een ontdekking. De wijnen waren bijzonder; Geen goedkope bedoening.
