The restaurant, for a gastronomic break Because the quality of our service also depends on the quality of our dishes, we invite you to take a seat at one of the tables in our restaurant, which is open every day of the week. Our chef, Cédric Tennstedt (former chef of the Vieux Maronnier in Nivelles), makes it a point of honor to sublimate fresh and quality products, and to give them his personal touch. All our dishes are prepared on site in our kitchen by a brigade that is attentive to all your wishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes and an exclusively vegetarian buffet on request. Restaurant qui se veut gastronomique alors...

Restaurant qui se veut gastronomique alors que c'est plutôt de la cuisine bien lourde, sans aucune finesse ni subtilité, je n'ai pas digéré. De plus une seule grande salle très bruyante qui regroupe la brasserie, le buffet et le restaurant, aucune intimité. Et enfin service à table assez mauvais : la serveuse mélange dans le même verre du vin blanc et du vin rouge -> j'ai eu du rosé, les verres des enfants n'ont jamais été débarassés, on doit aller au comptoir pour payer (ok dans une brasserie mais pas dans un resto qui se veut gastronomique), et enfin, après avoir payé la serveuse nous demande si on veut un dessert/café....euh :-o Et pour couronner le tout le parking était plein, on était donc sur une extension du parking dans des graviers, très mal éclairé de nuit, on a dû utiliser les lampes de nos gsm... Bref très cher pour ce que c'est, impersonnel, bruyant, nourriture lourde, on n'y retournera plus.
