The restaurant, for a gastronomic break Because the quality of our service also depends on the quality of our dishes, we invite you to take a seat at one of the tables in our restaurant, which is open every day of the week. On the menu you can choose from various dishes with Belgian and French inspiration, as well as seasonal specialties, which are prepared and cooked with particular care. In season, don't miss our game, our mussels or our asparagus dishes! Some dishes are also specialties of the house and caress the taste buds of our regular guests, such as our famous beef tagliata. Our chef, Cédric Tennstedt (former chef of the Vieux Maronnier in Nivelles), makes it a point of honor to sublimate fresh and quality products, and to give them his personal touch. All our dishes are prepared on site in our kitchen by a brigade that is attentive to all your wishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes and an exclusively vegetarian buffet on request. The Brasserie Do you fancy a quick and easy meal? That is also possible! Then we refer you to the "Bistro" part of our restaurant in Nivelles, where you can take a seat at a table with power point to enjoy your meal and work alone or in coworking. Cadre accueillant et agréable. Ce samedi 5 avril midi, exceptionnellement peu de monde en salle. Personnel de salle extrêmement courtois s’est souvent retrouvé ennuyé lors de nos commandes : - Rupture de stock dans la carte des vins, des apéritifs et des desserts. - Préparation de deux plats principaux n’avaient pas respecté, mais rapidement rectifié. - Repose pieds du siège bébé dévissé d’un côté et rapidement remplacé par un autre siège. C’est un restaurant toujours a recommander, mais le visiteur doit être vigilant dans ses desiderata.

Personnel extra Présentation, goût, quantité.....

Personnel extra Présentation, goût, quantité...tout est dans l'assiette ! Deux petits bémols : la taille des chaises ( trop grandes pour une table de 4) , les wc très loin pour une personne âgée qui se trouve en fond de salle ( maintenant que nous le savons, nous demanderons une table plus proche) Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
