Les serveurs perdus et erreur de de choix de cocktail + comptabilisé à l’addition. Plats pas si soignés, ok bistro mais il faut faire un effort trop de décalage entre l’impératif et le Bistro, le bistro doit encore faire un effort au niveau présentation. Ballotine et fregola est un plat d’hivers, le menu marché est à revoir. Dame blanche pas soigné. Je suis restée sur ma faim!
