All three selections that my wife and I made from the Bib Gourmand menu were excellent. The crab/shrimp tartelette, the pigeon, the strawberry “fantasy “, and the cheese chariot. The small bread rolls were just okay. The amuses were fine. As suggested, the half-bottle of Rhone wine was a very nice pairing with the pigeon (and the cheeses). The wine steward spoke excellent English as well as French. The hostess spoke neither English nor Nederlands and her French was too rapid. A Michelin restaurant would be better served by attention to the languages of its international customers.
