Jones is bubbling with ambition and passionately seeks out the boundaries of the kitchen. This is expressed in a menu of social bites or small dishes in line with the trend of food sharing. Preferably from their own region and if possible from their own vegetable garden. This is how they use the Parilla: Designed and built using advanced engineering, respecting the purest and simplest ancestral culinary techniques. A kitchen with an open grill is a kitchen with candor. Jones is located far from urban congestion in a green setting, but close to major approach roads.
