Personnel aux petits soins et cuisine délicieuse. Entrée et plat très goûteux et sortant de l'ordinaire. Nous y reviendrons très certainement.
I chose this restaurant for my partner's 50th birthday firstly for "the place" (he recently had an initiation to golf and "the site" is really beautiful) and then because I saw that the restaurant was listed on the site https://tabledeterroir.be/ (which is important to me). The restaurant is super warm and bright, there is space between the tables, the decoration is refined. The service was top: young, professional, attentive staff. The dishes are refined and the blends of flavors, colors and "textures" are surprising. We enjoyed ourselves throughout the meal (4 courses) and the wine selection was perfect. If I have to mention something "negative", I would say the noise or the comings and goings in the corridor linked to other activities (hotel, company events, etc.) but it didn't bother us that much.
