The manager/service member that night was incredibly rude and got in my face when I asked him about an ETA for our food due to the fact we had been waiting over an hour for our entree’s. He was condescending, aggressive and overall the service was awful. That being said, the food was excellent. However, due to the abhorrent and embarrassing behavior of the service staff it ruined our experience. As someone who was here on vacation to relax and enjoy food, I found it very disheartening to be verbally bombarded by a service member for me expecting basic service and respect. The manager seemed to have an incredible fragile ego which felt challenged by the fact I inquired about our entrees.
