The amuse bouche, the starter and main course were sublime. Really top notch cooking. Surprising, well balanced flavours and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere really cosy. And the wine: perfection. The only pity were the deserts, they were of a much lower quality than the rest (the profiteroles looked like Dutch bitterballen on a plate, with some caramel source from a tube). The pear desert was rather dry and uninspired. When you have been spoiled with such excellence throughout, it's a sad note to end on. I hope the chef gets some help to change that. In any case: I'll be back to this amazing place. I can highly recommend it.

As always: surprising, unique flavours and combinations, perfect wine to accompany, super cosy and beautiful environment. Even the music is perfect for the place. My all time favourite restaurant in Brussels (and Belgium, actually). Perfect service as well.
