Le Coriandre a été recommandé par des amis, et il a été tout à fait à la hauteur de leurs promesses. Le décor est simple, mais moderne et chaleureux. Et la nourriture est parfaitement délicieuse. Inventive, et bien équilibrée, avec un piquant subtil dans les plats où cela était approprié. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le carpaccio gambas blanche, avec le caviar citron. Le filet pur de bœuf Holstein était cuit d'une manière qui permettait de se concentrer sur la saveur de la viande, complétée par une belle purée de betteraves. Et pour nous, les fromages (surtout le bleu) et les vins d'accompagnement étaient exquisément choisis.
