I chose this restaurant for my partner's 50th birthday firstly for "the place" (he recently had an initiation to golf and "the site" is really beautiful) and then because I saw that the restaurant was listed on the site https://tabledeterroir.be/ (which is important to me). The restaurant is super warm and bright, there is space between the tables, the decoration is refined. The service was top: young, professional, attentive staff. The dishes are refined and the blends of flavors, colors and "textures" are surprising. We enjoyed ourselves throughout the meal (4 courses) and the wine selection was perfect. If I have to mention something "negative", I would say the noise or the comings and goings in the corridor linked to other activities (hotel, company events, etc.) but it didn't bother us that much.

Pour les points positifs: chouette cadre (malgré une météo pourrie), belle carte et bons plats, personnel sympathique/serviable. Pour les points à améliorer: je me trompe p-ê mais en lisant les info reprises sur le site & autres, je m'attendrais à un accueil beaucoup plus "personnalisé" avec une explication sur les vignes, etc. et ce ne fut pas du tout le cas. Le service était aussi très rapide (bon alors "c'est lent" (et chiant) dans beaucoup de restaurants mais là ça défilait un peu trop vite). Perso j'ai trouvé le resto "bruyant", je ne sais pas si c'est l'acoustique ou le fait que les tables étaient fort rapprochées (ça ne m'a pas semblé) ou autre(s).
