I felt like sitting in an ordinary hamburger restaurant with the QR scanning code. No paper menu so you can easily see what is all available in one glance, now you have to scroll through all menus and order, just like in a web shop. I don't go to a restaurant for that experience. Also the drinks came with the food, so we were sitting there "dry" for a long time. It also doesn't invite you to order a next drink, because you don't have a contact with the waiter who handles your order. It is all very impersonal, just like in a normal hamburger restaurant. Quality was ok, but I have eaten better at Ellis in the past. So it was really NOT a good experience. Note that I'm not opposed to technology (it's my day job), but I don't expect it to interfere like this when I visit a restaurant.
