When arriving, we doubted if the restaurant...

When arriving, we doubted if the restaurant was open as the front is a butcher store which is empty after normal shopping hours. When walking back through the butcher store, we arrived in the restaurant that has a nice, somewhat basic industrial atmosphere. The menu offered lot's of nice treat, if you like your meats ;-). Also the wine list is excellent. We were offered a nice amuse by the friendly staff and had an excellent meal. Thanks to the staff for hosting us!

Bonjour, Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre visite au restaurant ce jeudi soir. Le service était impeccable et les conseils fournis également. Nos 2 entrées nous ont particulièrement gouté (os à moelle et foie gras). Nous avons pris 2 entrecôtes en plat. Elles étaient toutes les 2 très tendres et fondante, un très bon point. Une des 2 entrecôte était un peu trop fine à mon goût, et je ne suis pas certain d'avoir reçu les 350g annoncés. Le fait que les entrecôtes soient fines ne permet pas de bien "crouter" la viande lors de la cuisson, ce qui aurait été un beau plus (selon mes goûts). Les frites n'étaient pas très croquantes.
