Gastronomic restaurant of the Hotel du Roannay in Francorchamps. Our restaurant welcomes you in a cosy and luxurious atmosphere, which has preserved the soul and the charm of the Roannay of yesteryear, while offering you a contemporary and warm decoration. We offer you a distinguished cuisine, enhanced by the touch of our exceptional chef. It is Chef Mathieu Vande Velde who officiates behind the stoves of this kitchen open to the dining room. To enhance each flavour of our menus, Stéphanie, our sommelier, will suggest a wine list from our cellar, according to your tastes and desires. Let her guide you and she will select the best food and wine pairing for you! The hotel and restaurant have been completely renovated and opened in August 2022.
