Wegen großer Gruppe, 9 Leute, eingeschränkte Auswahl bei den Gerichten. Das kann man verstehen, aber die nachfolgende Großgruppen Servicegebühr von 15 Euro auf der Rechnung war der absolute Stimmungskiller und nicht Trinkgeldförderlich. Das Essen war von den Produkten hochwertig aber zumeist sehr ungewürzt. Von der Getränkekarte war nicht alles verfügbar. Beim Servieren verschütteter Espresso auf der Kleidung wurde ignoriert. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

The food was not what i expexted. The chicken was very bad quality and tasted very bad. The fries where also very socky and wet. Quality food is not good!

Mooie ambiance, vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten! Jammer; bier op de tap was al vroeg op de avond op (blond), 2 nagerechten waren al uitverkocht. Gereserveerd om 18:30.

Mooie ambiance met de heilige beelden. Een...

Mooie ambiance met de heilige beelden. Een feest om hier te zitten en rond te kijken. De muziek stond in het begin van de avond erg hard en Coldplay vind ik niet erg passen bij het 11de Gebod. Erg fijn was het dat nadat we vroegen of de muziek iets zachter kon dit ook gebeurde. We zaten op een mooie plek. De online reservering verliep probleemloos. Snelle correcte bediening en het eten was prima maar niet subliem.

We kregen een verplicht 3-gangs menu van bijna...

We kregen een verplicht 3-gangs menu van bijna 45 euro. Is niet waar ik van te voren voor had gereserveerd. Toeristje pesten. Goedkope manier om je omzet op te krikken.

Our family of 6 ate at the Elfde Gebod last...

Our family of 6 ate at the Elfde Gebod last night. We have been going there whenever we are in Antwerp for about 28 years now we reckon. Besides having an absolutely stunning anterior (don't bring anyone with religious trauma however!) right next to the cathedral, the food here is remarkably good. As a vegetarian, I rarely get the best food in the family, but the risotto with wild mushrooms was sublime, and we all agreed it won the contest. The desert was also amazing, cleverly arranged to look like a flower pot that had fallen over, filled with chocolate mousse with mint and berries. so good!
