About this restaurant
It all started with two people who were passionate about cooking. For one it was already his job and for the other a hobby. After reflection and family meetings, Mimmo and Catena decided to open their own restaurant. The family being for them primordial, it is quite naturally that the first two letters of the first name of their respective children will form the name Al-Fa-No. A traditional cuisine with fresh products directly from Italy.
