Benjamin Laborie
For Chef Benjamin Laborie, cooking is a vocation. After having worked for some of the most famous French restaurants, he decided to move to Belgium. In 2013, he won the Gault et Millau award for best new restaurant for the Bowery and in 2019, he received a Michelin star, the result of many years of work and passion. 2022 marks the beginning of a great adventure with the opening of his restaurant, La Table, in Lasne.
