We arrived at 12.00 (opening time of the restaurant) and immediately noticed a big stain of red wine on the floor next to our table, together with chop sticks and food remains. We ordered 2 cocktails and had to wait 30min before they were served. Our starter and main course were served at the same time. The bottle of wine that we ordered however wasn't served together with our food. When, after a while, I asked again for the wine the waiter told me he couldn't find a corkscrew. I told him to forget about the bottle and that we would just take a glass of wine instead of a bottle, especially since we were already more than halfway through our lunch. Instead of taking our order for the wine immediately, the waiter then went first to the (only) other table in the restaurant to clear up their table. Eventually, we ordered a glass of white and a glass of red and he came back with 2 glasses of white. When our lunch was finished, the waiter cleared up our table but didn't ask if we wanted another glass of wine or coffee or dessert. The food was delicious and very refined. Such a shame that the service and cleanliness didn't follow these standards. For a restaurant in a 5 star hotel, we had other expectations.
