The menu was so innovative, surprising but delicious. All the flavours were well balanced and the use of flowers and pickled buds was delightful. I'm so happy we got to eat at Brut, it surpassed all expectations and delivered on flavour. My only small feedback note would be to offer fresh glasses when serving different wines and drinks, as the flavour of the previous drink can affect the taste of the next. I was surprised when that happened but it was a small thing compared to all the other great service and food.
