Graduated from the Ecole hôtelière Provinciale de Namur for nearly ten years, it is in Dave that Chef Jonathan Collignon invites you to discover. If you walk along the right bank of the Meuse between Dinant and Namur, you won't be able to miss this place that has been an integral part of the village for decades. Michel and Véronique Collignon took over the establishment with their son Jonathan in 2010 and gave it a more gastronomic dimension. He first worked at Chef Godelet's Le Vivier d'Oies, but it was during an internship with Chef Pauly of Le Coq aux Champs that his passion for cooking won him over. Self-taught, creative, concerned with promoting local artisans, he offers a frequently renewed seasonal menu. His cuisine, refined and tasty, goes to the essential.

LA qualité des plats étaient de très bonne...

LA qualité des plats étaient de très bonne facture, les produits utilisés tous très nobles et pas courant, le service très professionnel et qualitatif.nous trouvons pour aller régulièrement dans des gastros que les quantités des plats étaient vmt faibles, le reproche principal est aussi les températures des plats qui sont arrivés souvent tièdes et le rapport qualité prix est vmt disproportionné....

Beau et bon menu ,cuisine bien métrisée ,plats...

Beau et bon menu ,cuisine bien métrisée ,plats bien présentés, donnant l'eau à la bouche ! avec à la clé pas mal de renseignements, sur les produits. Bon sommelier ; un grand choix de vins et découvertes viticoles ,beau voyage virtuel . Dommage le peu de monde ! et merci .
