Very nice to have visited the restaurant again. Very nice Negroni, afterwards a very delicious salad goat cheese. Espresso to finish. Nice setting, good service.

Service was mediocre not offering any bread nor asking for drinks anywhere through the night. The food was really not that enjoyable. We had burrata for entry paired with some grilled vegetables which was fine but topped with a generous amount of balsamico cream. The shallots were soaked in vinegar and were just so sour and so strong that the burrata as well as the vegetables disappeared behind this heavy sourness. For main course we had scampi linguini which was fine but lacked asparagus and finesse. The deer ragout was a real waste. They used bacon in the ragout but all of the ragout just tasted like bacon. Such a shame really ... all simple bistro dishes that can be really good when just prepared with decency. I feel like they want to experiment but don't know the basics in the kitchen.
Heel lekker gegeten met een gezellig interieur en toffe bediening. Iets sneller apero opnemen.
