J'ai été vraiment très satisfaite malgré un détail qui a fâché quelqu'un de mon groupe, je conseillerais de ne pas couper les entrecôtes avant de montrer la pièce de viande au client et lui demander si il désire qu'on la coupe pour lui, sinon c'était très bien comme toujours !
