Sehr leckeres Essen a la cart, Das Tepanyaki ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es wurde vom Koch direkt am Tisch zubereitet. preis Leistung ist ausgewogen und das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Englisch war kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Despoten a confirmed table reservation at 1800...

Despoten a confirmed table reservation at 1800 hours, the restaurant claimed that bookings had to be made the day before and we got reject a table. Clearly they do not use the digital reservation system as they should as everything got converted to a handwritten system that is prone to mistakes. Therefore, I would like to raise an official complaint with the restaurant and the fact that Tablebooker does not seem to check whether confirmed reservations are being honoured.
