Yes, the staff was great and the overall experience classy. and the food a la carte delicious ! i was staying at the hilton but the atmosphere was not good enough to shedule a busniess breakfast hence i book the Dominicain. i will book a room in this hotel and schedule my meetings in your premise next time ! (the staff informing that you have meeting room as well!!).

1 hour waiting between arrival and starter (the restaurant was not full), too much salt with the fish, carpaccio without any taste etc. I am very happy we have not choosen the gastro menu and i dont think i will come back ever for business lunch. Light very sad with in the day.

The french lady who helped with my request of my husband birthday at NY Brunch was amazing!! She's so kind and helpful, prepared little dessert with candle, make our time very enjoyable, we just moved to brussels 2 weeks ago, don't know many places, but she really made us want to come back! we are very grateful! The waiters in the NY brunch are all very nice!

The wait staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable about the menu. The man recommending the wines did a fantastic job. The food was delicious and I LOVE how clean and simple it was, not covered in butter and oil and gimmicks. I came to see if this would be a good place to being clients. And it was. The prices were also a draw because the food is high quality but not overpriced. The atmosphere was very nice for winter, and because there is a lot of soft materials, it's not terribly noisy, so you can have a conversation.
