L'attente au resto ! Une seule personne pour servir 25/30 couverts. Cette personne n'arrêtait pas de courir dans tous le sens mais n'aurait pas pu faire mieux. Il a fallu 20 minutes pour l'apéro, et ensuite une attente interminable entre les plats. Le premier est arrivé et le vin l'a suivi ... 10 minutes plus tard ! Je précise que ce n'est pas la faute du serveur. En plus les cailles au foie gras ne contenaient aucun foie gras. Décevant

Starter not available, told 15mins after ordering. New starter was awful, so didn't eat it. Main course never arrived, complained after 50 mins, told another 15 mins. Paid for wine and left, awful experience.

poor service, we had to wait more than an hour...

poor service, we had to wait more than an hour for our food (for which they apologized), then they brought the wrong food and it did not taste good at all (everything was bland)

On a refusé de me laisser entrer et dîner malgré ma réservation et cela à cause de mon petit chien ! Lorsque j’ai réservé en ligne, ce n’était absolument précisé. De plus, le serveur qui m’a reçue n’était pas du tout aimable et ne parlait même pas français. Inadmissible ! J’habite Bruxelles depuis 18 ans, je n’ai jamais été reçue comme ça !

The kitchen was closed they said, and when...

The kitchen was closed they said, and when we asked why their response was: Then the cook had cooked a lot on Saturday and decided to only make the classics. We repeatedly asked for beers which never came. It was clear that the waiters wasn’t focusing in their job and was in a rush to take our plates from the tables without asking if we were finished. Which makes the service rude. We had better days before at the restaurant that is why we came back. Definitely we will rethink about.
