Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis pour célébrer un anniversaire. Les plats furent plus délicieux les uns que les autres. Grosse impression pour le stuffed poultry avec sa sauce et la tarte au chocolat caramel. Merci à Camille, Fernando et Cerdo pour tout le service.
Bonjour, Nous avons passé le repas de Nouvel An avec vous. Le choix des plats correspondait à ce que nous pouvions attendre pour un repas de Nouvel An. La qualité des plats était excellentes et l'ambiance très bonne. merci pour ce bon moment passé chez vous.
Nous séjournions à l'hôtel et avons diné un soir sur place. Nous avons trouvé qu'il y avait peu de choix et je me suis "rabattu" sur le burger affiché avec Pain maison. Hélas, la viande a été servie beaucoup trop cuite et le pain était très sec. Idem pour les frites. Je n'ai pas terminé mon assiette (pain et frites sont restés) et je l'ai signalé à la personne venue prendre mon assiette bien pleine. Elle en a pris note, m'a dit qu'elle le ferait remonter au chef et plus rien. Nous n'avons eu aucun autre échange, geste quelconque. Vu le standing de l'hôtel-restaurant et le fait que nous y séjournions 5 nuits, je me serai attendu à quelque-chose. C'est dommage!

The atmosphere was very pleasant. The service was nice and always ready to help without being too much. The meals were well prepared, we enjoyed every plate. My wife enjoyed the Pavlova taste and textures combination very much. We both enjoyed Venisson and Salmon cooking. For her, lobster was a bit not up to her taste and the last cake was for her too sweet. I liked venisson and the final cake. We had the 1st table and by the end of the dinner, it seemed to be too dark in our spot. For instance, we did not notice that the final.cake was purple until we were half way through it. It would be beneficial to have a bit more light to be able to enjoy the look of your dishes.
