Chez Biga We take our time, we like it when it ferments when it rests, we like to see flavors enhanced tenfold, blending with others. We love Belgian, Italian, French and Spanish terroirs, and there are no limits to our quest for flavor. We admit it, we like it when it's made in small Brussels workshops, on a small farm, when it comes from the land, when it's grown with passion, we like cooperatives, cooperating, collaborating, helping each other. We like tradition, we like to shake it up and innovate. Innovative drinks fermented with spices, blends of flavors, bubbles, gourmet explosion. We love gourmet coffee, we love what's not heavy on the stomach, we engage the senses, we work by hand, we collaborate with the local economy, we select with passion, we're young and dynamic, we're a family, for the love of good food.

Pas très kidsfriendly Temps d'attente énorme Le pain à table (croute de la pizza) est à payer en supplément. Sinon les pizzas et le personnel est sympa mais je ne suis pas certaine d'y retourner. En tout cas pas avec des enfants

Accueil très aimable et souriant. Table un peu à l’écart du bruit comme demandé. Service souriant et rapide, et à l’écoute des questions. Pizzas ok mais bords trop cuits.

Les pizza sont excellentes et très originales....

Les pizza sont excellentes et très originales. Je n'ai jamais vu de telles propositions dans d'autres pizzeria. Les ingrédients sont de qualité et la pâte à pizza est délicieuse. Et cerise sur le gâteau, les végans et les végétariens sont à la fête chez vous !

L'une des meilleure pizzeria, si pas la meilleure (pour nous) à Bruxelles. Pâte à pizza légère, propositions de pizze spéciales toutes plus interessantes les unes que les autres avec une carte qui change au fil des saisons. Service au petit soins, dans la bonne humeur. Cadre cosy et propre. Patron généreux.
