Chez Biga We take our time, we like it when it ferments when it rests, we like to see flavors enhanced tenfold, blending with others. We love Belgian, Italian, French and Spanish terroirs, and there are no limits to our quest for flavor. We admit it, we like it when it's made in small Brussels workshops, on a small farm, when it comes from the land, when it's grown with passion, we like cooperatives, cooperating, collaborating, helping each other. We like tradition, we like to shake it up and innovate. Innovative drinks fermented with spices, blends of flavors, bubbles, gourmet explosion. We love gourmet coffee, we love what's not heavy on the stomach, we engage the senses, we work by hand, we collaborate with the local economy, we select with passion, we're young and dynamic, we're a family, for the love of good food.

Biga meilleur pizzeria de Belgique. La pâte est délicieuse les ingrédients sont d une fraîcheur extraordinaire. On sens que les légumes sont d une fraîcheur magique. Sa me rappelle les vacances en montagne et le goût de ses légumes qui fondent dans votre bouche.Du début du repas a la fin c est le top.Le personnel au petit soin toujours le sourire.Et les propriétaires toujours à vous saluer avec grande classe .A l Italienne. Allez y vous y passerez un bon moment. Hâte d y retrouner. Merci a vous

Très bon, pizzas originales, très bonnes entrée...

Très bon, pizzas originales, très bonnes entrées, petit jardin agréable à l'ombre. Accueil charmant. Pas de vin sur leur carte mais accord avec le caviste à côté à prix très compétitif.
