Chez Biga We take our time, we like it when it ferments when it rests, we like to see flavors enhanced tenfold, blending with others. We love Belgian, Italian, French and Spanish terroirs, and there are no limits to our quest for flavor. We admit it, we like it when it's made in small Brussels workshops, on a small farm, when it comes from the land, when it's grown with passion, we like cooperatives, cooperating, collaborating, helping each other. We like tradition, we like to shake it up and innovate. Innovative drinks fermented with spices, blends of flavors, bubbles, gourmet explosion. We love gourmet coffee, we love what's not heavy on the stomach, we engage the senses, we work by hand, we collaborate with the local economy, we select with passion, we're young and dynamic, we're a family, for the love of good food.

La jeune fille au bar et le serveur étaient...

La jeune fille au bar et le serveur étaient absolument adorables! Mais je pense qu'il faudrait une personne de plus pour les aider à servir, vu le nombre de clients. Normal que cela ait du succès, tout était délicieux! Mais on a dû attendre longtemps parfois (on est restés deux heures au total pour une pizza chacun, un cappuccino et des desserts...). Bref, je recommande si vous avez envie d'une pizza différente de ce qu'on vous sert ailleurs, mais que vous avez du temps ;)
