The restaurant Seino bears the name of its chef: a virtuoso in the kitchen who, after having cooked at Bernard Loiseau's in Saulieu and at Bruneau's in Brussels, opened his own establishment. La nourriture est excellente, le service est...

La nourriture est excellente, le service est très attentif et sympathique. Une petite déception, alors que les entrées sont très marquées par l'identité japonaise et asiatique, on retrouve peu cette identité dans les plats (particulièrement le second plat, un canard aux petits légumes très bon mais assez classique). Un petit manque homogénéité donc, au cours du repas. Excellent sakés.
