Created in 1976, the restaurant Inzia takes its name from the street of the same name Matonge district of Kinshasa, capital of the DRC Congo.
A charming place with a cozy atmosphere, the Inzia restaurant is probably one of the best African restaurants in the capital offering an art and exhibition gallery where African artists, writers and poets come to present and dedicate their works. Where musicians and singers come to perform live orchestras offering a musical repertoire typical of the DRC Congo.

Je fais une distinction - la qualité du menu...
Je fais une distinction - la qualité du menu et la saveur des plats était excellente, mais les modalités de paiement étaient non conformes. La réglementation financière de tous les établissements commerciaux , donc également les restaurants, prévoit l'obligation d'offrir aux clients l'opportunité de payer par carte, mais le restaurant affichait ' Cash only" . Et l'addition était présentée sur un feuillet manuscrit , non conforme à l'exigence d'une caisse délivrant une addition TVA. La serveuse , à ma demande a relayé l'affaire à la propriétaire du restaurant qui m'a envoyé électroniquement la facture TVA . Ce qui me fait penser que cet établissement, pourtant de qualité gastronomique ne se conforme pas à la législation financière et fiscale. Fort dommage
