The replacement options for breastfeeding mother were completely unsatisfactory. Raw protein was replaced with rice or veggie gyozas, showing complete lack of attention given to the client. As a result, the breastfeeding mother left the restaurant hungry, as she ate less protein than her colleagues. Waiting times for each serving were also very long. A dinner of 5 dishes in 3,5h was quite lengthy. To end with a positive note though, the amuse-bouches were extremely good.
