The chef, Denis Roberti, has 35 years of experience in the business. He selects with the greatest care all the ingredients that go into the preparation of his dishes and makes them from A to Z. He offers you a local cuisine made only with fresh and seasonal products that guarantee authentic and refined flavors. Ambassador for the Walloon Brabant of the Electrolux AEG cooking club, he regularly works with starred chefs. Since 2012, the experience streetcar in Brussels trusts him to make the recipes of starred chefs. He has collaborated with more than 40 starred chefs in the world. Today, he offers you a culinary experience, a creative and friendly cuisine in an intimate and warm setting in the heart of Brabant-Wallon. Every month, he will propose a new menu that will awaken your taste buds.

Un accueil au top , le sourire du personnel , le chef /patron qui vient lui-meme porter les plats ET les expliquer , le fait de ne pas etre les uns sur les autres . La carte qui change chaque mois . Petit bémol : fort bruyant
