About this restaurant
After driving through the citadel of Namur and the IND Fleurus, I was lucky enough to pass by some very good restaurants, including 2 with Michelin stars. I learned a lot by working with renowned chefs. Then I had the opportunity to work as a chef at the "Vin rue des Ecoles" for 5 years, which gave me a lot of experience. The highlight of my career was taking over Villa Castelli with my wife Aline from Steven and Sophie. And they are always happy to give me advice to help me move forward. I decided to continue on the same footing as the kitchen they had set up, adding my own personal touch. I look forward to meeting you.
