Suite à notre réservation, arrivée à 19h00...

Suite à notre réservation, arrivée à 19h00 et prise en charge de notre commande. Nous avons été servis de 2 soupes de poisson et notre ami attendait ses moules à volonté qu'il n'a jamais eu. A 20h30 nous étions toujours en attente de la suite de notre commande et notre ami de ses moules "à volonté"et l'ensemble des clients était dans la même situation. Certains sont partis. Nous en avons parlé avec le responsable qui nous a dit :" faites comme tout le monde, vous attendez. Nous avons un problème de personnel que je n'ai pu gérer." Désolée mais nous ne sommes pas responsable de cet état de fait, et au lieu d'excuse, nous avons eu un ton très méprisant de la part de ce monsieur. Nous sommes également partis du restaurant sans diner, laissant les clients désemparés devant une telle situation. nous sommes venus à plusieurs reprises dans votre restaurant et avons toujours été satisfaits de l'accueil et de la qualité. Nous sommes très surpris de cette situation dommageable.
